Pool rentals are from 8pm-10pm, you're welcome to start your party earlier, but the pool will still be open to other members.

 You must be a current member or sponsored by a Pool Board Member.

Rental rates:

Up to 50 guests: $225

51-100 guests: $300

​

You must provide one adult supervisor for every 20 guests at a child or teen party.

 

Please let us know if the total number of guests may exceed 50 so that we are able to schedule an additional lifeguard.

 

A $25 deposit is due when the rental agreement is signed. This deposit can be made online (below) or in cash/check at the pool, with the form below. Deposit is refundable if the rental is canceled 7 days prior to the date reserved, or due to inclement weather. We suggest you reserve a backup date during the week in case of rain or bad weather.

 

A check or cash for the remaining payment is due on the rental date. You are responsible for picking up trash and remaining food on the pool grounds. Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area, and all food and drink is to be in the grassy area only.

 

Please follow the posted rules for safety and leave the pool grounds by 10:15 PM. You may be held financially responsible for any damage to the pool, its facilities, grounds or property caused by malicious or inappropriate behavior by you or one of your guests.

 

You agree that all laws in the State of Ohio regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages will be followed. Under no circumstances will underage drinking be permitted. Renters agree that intoxicated persons will not be permitted in the pool or to drive home. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED
